Who is responsible

VORAX Logistics, S.A.S., based in Querétaro, Mexico, is the controller of your personal data. You can reach us at contacto@voraxlog.com at any time about anything related to your privacy.

What data we collect

We receive this data directly from you through the forms on voraxlog.com. We do not collect sensitive personal data or financial data.

• Always: name, email, phone and your company name.
• When quoting: origin, destination, cargo type and estimated shipping date.
• If you are a carrier: your location, the cargo types you handle and your fleet's equipment.

What we use it for

We use it to prepare and follow up on your quote, coordinate the transport of your freight, set you up as a client or carrier, and contact you about your operation. Secondarily, to send you commercial information about our services: you can opt out of that at any time by writing to contacto@voraxlog.com, without affecting the service you already contracted.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. Only those necessary to deliver the service are involved, and each receives strictly the data required for its role:

• HubSpot — the CRM where we store your request and the history of our conversation.
• Supabase and Vercel — the database and hosting that run the site and store submissions.
• Google Analytics — measures site usage in aggregate, without identifying you by name.
• The cargo insurer covering your shipment, when your operation requires coverage.
• The carrier assigned to your freight, with the data required for pickup and delivery.
• Mexican-regulated institutional factoring platforms, only if you request 30, 60 or 90-day credit terms and with your prior consent.

Transfers outside Mexico

HubSpot, Supabase, Vercel and Google run infrastructure in the United States, so your data is stored and processed outside Mexico. By submitting a form you accept this transfer, which is made solely for the purposes described in this notice and under each provider's confidentiality commitments.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses first- and third-party cookies to remember your language, measure site usage (Google Analytics) and recognize you if you return after one of our emails (HubSpot). You can block or delete them from your browser settings; the site works fine without them.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as a business relationship exists and up to 24 months after our last contact, unless tax or commercial law requires us to keep it longer. After that we delete or anonymize it.

Your data rights

You can request Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Objection (ARCO rights under Mexican law) regarding your personal data at any time, as well as withdraw your consent. Write to contacto@voraxlog.com stating your name, which data you want to review and what you want done with it. We respond within 20 business days.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle your data, we will publish the updated version on this same page with a new update date. We recommend checking it occasionally.
